middle of the night. There are a
few people sleeping in chairs
around you, the fluorescent
lights are spooky and warm at
the same time, and one stark
and poignant story after
another--of loss, redemption,
love, hope and no hope--leaves
you somehow elated to be alive
and on your way anywhere. I
love these songs.
